General Conditions

Graphic Design and Preparation
A flat order fee is charged for each order. This covers the costs of product design, the printing proof, preparation for production and archiving the templates. We charge the following flat fees:

For simple orders (e.g. b/w bibs, simple logos)
CHF 150.00

For standard orders (e.g. for existing layouts)
CHF 250.00

Layout for complicated orders (e.g. for complex layouts, several models, complex data preparation)
On a time and material basis

Printing Proof
You’ll receive a printing proof from us prior to production. We’ll send you the proof via e-mail (.pdf) or fax.
Logo Processing
Graphic processing of logos, e.g. improvements in case of poor quality/resolution are charged on a time and material basis.
Personalised Products
Printing products with personalised information is possible by request.

Production and Delivery Times
We guarantee a very short production time. Delivery is made 6 days after the proof is received. For express orders we charge an express fee of CHF 150.00 (EUR 100.00).

Packing and Shipping:
Postage and packing are charged on a time and material basis.

VAT and Terms of Payment
Prices are listed exclusive of VAT.
Payment is due net without deductions at 20 days.

Datasport reserves the right to adjust prices if needed. Nonetheless, the prices quoted (within the quote validity period) or the prices at the time of order shall apply)
