For dancers, riders, and golfers it’s a clear-cut case: technique training is the be-all and end-all. While endurance athletes find it considerably more difficult, a lot could be achieved with a little effort. It’s not so much about achieving the most beautiful movement, but rather executing it in the most economical manner, which, due to the repetitive movements in endurance sports, can very quickly translate into a better performance capability.
