Cancellation Insurance
Were you not able to start at the race?
If you registered online via Datasport and have cancellation insurance, you can apply to the insurance company for a refund of the entry fee, for example in the event of injury or illness. Here you can read the general insurance conditions.
The following documents must be submitted to European Travel Insurance ERV:
- Confirmation of payment from Datasport, which shows that you took out cancellation insurance.
- A detailed medical certificate confirming the illness or injury.
If the request is accepted, you will automatically receive a Datasport voucher to the amount insured. The Datasport voucher enables you or other people to register online free of charge for any event in the Datasport event calendar.
Voucher or cash payment?
If you prefer a cash payment, please let us know by e-mail (info@datasport.com) after receiving the voucher and we will refund the voucher amount minus a small fee.
