Muuvr is a new app with a rewards system for athletes that motivates users to lead an active lifestyle. Muuvr rewards athletes for their activities and incorporates all protagonists and users in the sports community into one ecosystem.

By uploading your sports activities to the Muuvr app, you'll receive "Muuvs", a virtual in-app currency which can be spent in the Muuvr marketplace on apparel, event entries and many other great rewards. The more active you are, the more rewards you'll earn.

The virtual sports field is not just designed to encourage as many users as possible to upload their activities and interact with one another; Muuvr also wants to grow into a huge fitness ecosystem that connects protagonists and users within the sports world.

Event organisers can suggest suitable events to you and also check out your performance as a participant or see how you are preparing for your fitness goals.  Events – or sports brands and users between each other – can also propose specific challenges for which users receive Muuvs as rewards. Manufacturers of sports equipment and clothing can, in turn, offer products tailored to users based on their requirements, which can be bought with Muuvs. Depending on your Muuvr account balance, you won’t have to pay cash for those long-awaited running shoes or that new bike saddle; you can simply earn them for “free” thanks to your athletic lifestyle. That’s pretty good motivation to get you moving, isn’t it?

Note: Muuvr is currently only available in English, a German and French version will follow at the end of March. Please activate “automatic updates” in the app to stay up to date. As typical with a new start-up, the developers are working flat out behind the scenes and will be updating the app every few weeks. This update will happen automatically if automatic updates are activated.
